Program Length: Full Time (4 weeks)
Your career will be defined by your perseverance to succeed. In week one we will help you build a solid foundation in which to build upon in your trucking career. This is orientation week. You will take an exciting 40-hour class in which you will learn different aspects of the trade, from city maneuvering, weight management, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, adverse weather driving among other topics.
REGISTER TODAYWeek two gets even more exciting with short session classroom lessons, lab time with modern trucks and equipment, backing maneuvers and city driving. Instructors will teach you how to properly chain up tires, couple and uncouple trailers, and slide 5th wheels and tandem axles in trucks and trailers for weight management procedures. You will practice these different tasks under our instructors' observation during lab and range hours.

Week 3 is centered around involving the student, providing maximal hands-on time to exceed both state and federal regulations on training time requirements. At this point city driving and backing maneuver skill level have increased exponentially. Safe operating practices on the road, likewise at school, have become second nature. Alley dock, parallel, straight back and offset backing maneuver skills become razor sharp.
REGISTER HEREWeek 4 is referred to as Victory Lane. In this week students will demonstrate everything they’ve learned through the course. Students will spend 5 days in Victory Lane, during which they will navigate a rigorous week of testing which will include straight back and offset precision backing test, multiple advance level city route testing. Also a full pre-trip inspection test of the combination vehicle. Victory Lane will offer the students that final boost of confidence they need to pass their final examination with the Washington Department of Licensing.
